Ordered more than a month ago for Christmas. Looks like it won't make it here in time.
I did get responses from them through email. Just says good news it has shipped, 3 weeks ago. The problem is its in China. They try to not tell you that.
So the size is wrong, too small. It takes more than a month to get here and the quality is bad.

This shirt was not the correct one. It looks the same, but the one I ordered was supposed to have pockets, and you could roll up the sleeves.
The one I received does not have pockets, and you cannot roll the sleeves up to make it look right. Your return policy stated that I needed to take a picture and send it to you. I am a 77-year-old lady, and I do not know how to do this. I would just like to return the shirt, get my money back, and not have to pay return postage since it is not what I ordered.

All of the terrible reviews are absolutely correct. The pictures of the item is not what they sent it, is very poor quality and I have given up on trying to get my money back because it is ridiculous trying to get customer service with this company.

I have read and reread the return instructions over & over again. I must be really stupid because I don't understand how to return a tee shirt that's never been worn.

I ordered what I thought was 2 plush "Button Down Hooded Knitted Cardigan Plus Size Outer Wear"...and the crap sweater they sent is exactly this--nothing but cheap garbage. the knit quality is THIN--nothing like the picture and the sweater itself is at least 4 inches shorter than what is shown in the picture; Don't waste your money on this site and go to JC Penney instead--much more worth the trip~~

Very frustrated...
NO response to the two times I submitted a "ticket" to make a return for two tops that are too. large...
I have been unable to access a live chat. I started this process long before the month limit was up.

Let me first start out by saying I always research companies before buying any products pretty extensively. Saw a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews for Annie clotheverywhere I looked stating it is a valid and valued online womens clothing store, and when I checked out their website the pics looked nice, so I took a chance.
Bad move on my part.
My order turned into a nightmare.
So many lies on their website, too many to list. Dont believe them when T shirts, sweatshirts, or any type of tops say they are cotton/cotton blend because they are not!
Instead, they are some sort of cheap plastic feeling material that is not breathable, nor comfortable. Sizing is all over the place, mostly too small.
They also list if items are for winter, spring, or fall, but everything I received did not fit into the category they stated; i.e.: items for winter were paper-thin.
As far as shipping goes, extremely expensive and although they state the more you buy, free shipping is available, this is not true. It is almost impossible to get this to work.
And shipping took MUCH longer than a month to receive only a small portion of my order, and they never contacted me to let me know why.
I contacted them via chat bot but just got scripted answers that didnt help, and logging into my account told me nothing.
I finally, without notice, received box on front stoop and these items were horrendous, AND THIS STILL DID NOT FULFILL MY ENTIRE ORDER!! It is now about 45 days since I placed my order and I am missing 2 items. I contacted their chat bot again only to find out the items were no longer available, WHAT??!! Aargh!
Were they ever going to contact me with this news??! I had to cancel those items and supposed to get refund in a week. I should have canceled earlier items and I am so upset with myself.
I am disabled and on a fixed income. They took my money and made a fool out of me.
Shame on Annie Cloth! Despicable and dishonest company.
I hope people read these negative reviews before they lose hundreds of dollars like me.

I have seen some lovely things on Annie Cloth website, and I am VERY glad I read these reviews before spending almost $400. I really wish there WAS a company selling these items in a quality material, properly sewn.
Guess I will just have to wish...and shop at reliable, responsible businesses who carry quality clothing (even if it isn't as beautiful as Annie Cloth pictures. But you can't WEAR pictures.

I am also glad that 1) my bank had to "unflag" the site before the purchase, 2) I didn't check back again to see if the flag was lifted because it took too long for me to wait so I didn't follow through with the purchase and 3) that I read the reviews here before trying again! I'm sorry for everyone's misfortune just trying to purchase clothing that's very enticing and not really all that inexpensive unless you ordered from their "flash" deals and they were even a little pricey.
Thank you to everyone who let us know to beware, you saved me quite a bit of money not to mention aggregation as well.

I agree completely! I eight tops, 1 was the right size and looked like the picture.
The rest were either sized wrong or the material and the top were different than pictured. One top had a neck that even my granddaughter could not get over her head.

I have dealt with Annie Cloth...everything I received was JUNK and they refused my request for a refund. I was the one top I thought was worth keeping and it shredded up the back seam.

definitely a scam!! Charged me twice, once with paypal and once by taking my credit card number when they said the paypal did not go through.
Then they said they only got paid one time. The bank is investigating. My credit card statement shows two payments of the same amount plus foreign currency fee. The bank did put the foreign currency fees back on my account.
Have not received merchandise yet. Don't expect much.

They are scammers based in China. Thieves knowing the laws don’t apply to them. They can lie about the tracking number number and not admit they received the return pkg.

Still the same crap. I ordered June 1, 2020. Finally got a partial shipment on July 6. Don't know when the rest will come because you can't track it.
They give you a tracking number, but I think it's bogus.
Their merchandise is pure, cheap crap, just like everyone is saying. Don't order anything from these people.
